The differences between non-alcoholic wines, sparkling wines and teas.

Die Unterschiede bei den alkoholfreien Weinen, Sekten und Tees.

I always notice the slight or strong wrinkling of the nose when I ask people about non-alcoholic wines, sparkling wines or teas.

The common opinion is: too sweet, lacks soul, it doesn't taste like wine at all, it's just sugar water and other sometimes harsh remarks.

We accept this because we know it's not true. At zeropercento , we select precisely those wines and sparkling wines that contradict these prejudices.

Well, as the owner of a shop for non-alcoholic wine, sparkling wine and other great drinks, I really try a lot and am not afraid of unusual things.

It's true: There are some horrible things on the market.

I was once again looking for a nice white wine for a summer evening or brunch on the terrace, because we'll have this gorgeous rosé from Provence available again starting next week. And we want to offer you a selection.

So, back to the topic: This new white wine I've had my eye on, ordered, and eagerly awaited.

And then:

Undrinkable, sugary sweet and with such a strong caramel note that it was almost smoky/shrubby. So, perhaps it was "burned" during the distillation, during the dealcoholization. It's a shame, because every product is a mature wine in its initial stage, which took a lot of time and effort. So, it's no alternative to our beautiful Rose.

So, there are those non-alcoholic wines, sparkling wines and teas that simply don't taste good.

You may have noticed that we only offer one red wine (from Weingut Bähr - thank you for this wine) - it is the only one we want to offer you so far.

But also here:

As always, taste is subjective, so why not order a selection and try it out with friends? It's a lot of fun, makes for great conversation, and everyone stays focused.

Please give us your feedback because we want to know if we meet your taste.

Viva!
