A fresh, sparkling drink made from dealcoholized wine (< 0.5% vol). Its base is made from healthy, organically grown Riesling grapes, which were hand-harvested and then pressed as whole bunches. In terms of flavor, Blanc Pur is close to Brut and displays typical Riesling aromas, such as white peaches and apples. Its fine perlage makes it a delight in the glass. This single-varietal Blanc Pur is 100% vegan. Sparkling, elegant and alcohol-free! Cheers!
