The Pinot Gris fermented in large wooden barrels, after which the alcohol was gently removed.
The aroma is characterized by a deeper structure and light woody notes. Strong and lively on the palate. Well chilled, it is an ideal aperitif for carefree enjoyment, or with antipasti, fish or meat dishes.
Color: Light yellow.
Aromas: Honeydew melon, fresh orange zest, barely ripe blueberries.
The palate shows a juicy acidity, medium body, slightly peppery undertones, and a compact, fresh finish.
Food recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif for carefree enjoyment. Or with antipasti, light meat dishes, or mild cheeses.
