Description:
The mash (berries and juice) is fermented in the mash fermentation tank at approx. 20-25°C for approx. 3-4 days and matured vegan.
After gentle pressing, the final fermentation takes place for approx. 14 days in stainless steel tanks.
The alcohol is then gently removed from the finished rosé wine using a batch process. The wine is pressed through the system at high pressure using a modern membrane filtration module with water flowing in the opposite direction. Due to the different pressure ratios of water and wine, the alcohol ‘migrates’ from the wine into the water – and only the alcohol. The aroma and taste remain in the
dealcoholised wine.
Colour: Bright rosé colour with violet reflections.
Aromas: Strawberry and subtle sweet cherry, as well as raspberry.
Taste: Very lively, fresh and fruity.
Food recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif for carefree enjoyment. Or with antipasti, light meat dishes or mild cheeses.
