Description:
The mash (berries and juice) is fermented in a mash fermentation tank at approx. 20-25°C for approx. 14 days and matured vegan.
After gentle pressing, final fermentation takes place in large wooden barrels. The alcohol is then gently removed from the finished red wine using a batch process. The wine is pressed through the system at high pressure using a modern membrane filtration module with water flowing in the opposite direction. Due to the different pressure ratios of water and wine, the alcohol ‘migrates’ from the wine into the water – and only the alcohol. The aroma and taste remain in the
dealcoholised wine.
Colour: Light brick red.
Aromas: Strawberry and subtle sweet cherry, as well as blackberry.
Taste: Very lively, fresh and fruity.
Food recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif for carefree enjoyment. Or with antipasti, light meat dishes or mild cheeses.
