Lively, refreshing non-alcoholic sparkling wine with a delicate acidity and a delicate perlage on the palate.

Grape variety: White wine cuvée
Growing region: Baden
Soil type: clay-loess soil

Taste: The typical aromas of citrus fruits, peach and a little nutmeg remain.
Drinking recommendation: Wonderful as an aperitif at receptions, with cold buffets, with light vegetable dishes and with fish and seafood.

Vinification: This alcohol-free Blanc de Blancs is made from early-harvested grapes that are gently pressed. After approximately six months of barrel aging, the alcohol is very gently removed from the base wine using vacuum distillation.
