Flavour: Lively, refreshing non-alcoholic sparkling wine with a delicate acidity and subtle effervescence on the palate. Flavour: The typical aromas of citrus fruits, peach and a hint of nutmeg remain.
Serving suggestion: Wonderful as an aperitif at receptions, with cold buffets, light vegetable dishes, fish and seafood.
Vinification: This alcohol-free Blanc de Blancs is made from early-harvested grapes that are gently pressed. After approx. 6 months of barrel ageing, the alcohol is very gently removed from the base wine by means of vacuum distillation with aroma recovery.
