A fresh, sparkling, bubbly drink made from de-alcoholized wine (< 0.5% vol). The basis is made up of healthy, organically grown Riesling grapes, which were harvested by hand and then pressed whole bunches. In terms of taste, the Blanc Pur is close to Brut and shows the typical Riesling aromas, such as white peaches and apples. Its fine perlage makes it a delight in the glass. The single-varietal Blanc Pur is 100% vegan. Sparkling, elegant without alcohol!
